Yes any items in full working condition can be returned to us within 60 working days, if you would like to return your order please email support@zenflowicebaths.co.uk and we will organise the return for you.
Returns will incur a £6.99 restocking fee. This will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges are free of charge.
You will get a shipping confirmation email within a day or two after your order confirmation email is received. You will be able to view your tracking and change delivery times by following the link provided in the email.

All of our products have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The Zenflow Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies to Zenflow-branded products and is given by Zenflow to the individual purchaser of products from Zenflow or its authorized retailers and distributors. Zenflow warrants that the Zenflow-branded products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Zenflow’s published guidelines for two years commencing on the original date of purchase of the product by the end-user purchaser. For any warranty issues, please reach out to us by phone or email anytime.
To have the Zenflow device or a part repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty, the purchaser must contact Zenflow’s Customer Experience Team prior to returning any product for warranty service. Zenflow will not reimburse purchasers for service performed by others.
Unless otherwise instructed by Zenflow, the product must be delivered, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging that provides an equal degree of protection, to the facility specified by Zenflow.
Please note that all warranty returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form.
Before receiving warranty service, Zenflow will require the purchaser to furnish proof of purchase, respond to questions designed to help evaluate potential issues, and follow Zenflow’s procedures for obtaining warranty service. If Zenflow determines that the issue with the product is not due to a manufacturing defect in materials and/or workmanship, the product is not properly returned to Zenflow, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty repair, the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by Zenflow to return the product.
Zenflow reserves the right to change the method by which warranty service is provided, and to determine a product’s eligibility for specific types of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability, and response times may vary by country. The purchaser may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in the country it is in.
For service in a country that is not the country of purchase, the purchaser must comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations, and will be responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and other associated taxes and charges.
