🚚 Courier Service: DX Delivery
We use DX Delivery, a trusted and reliable courier service, to ensure your order is handled with care from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Orders are shipped via DX Two-Man Delivery (where applicable), ensuring larger items are delivered safely into your home.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

🕒 Delivery Time Frame

• Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking number once your order is on the way.

• DX will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time slot.

Please note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

💷 Delivery Fee
We charge a flat-rate delivery fee of £50 per order, regardless of item size or quantity.

This fee covers:

• Secure packaging and handling

• Professional delivery by DX couriers

• Scheduled delivery coordination

📦 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to:

• Northern Ireland

• Scottish Highlands & Islands

• Channel Islands

• Isle of Man
