Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zenflow Ice Baths, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to return or exchange your order.


30-Day Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled (if applicable), and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@zenflowicebaths.co.uk with your order details.

  2. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions for arranging collection.

  3. Returns are handled by our courier partner  DX Delivery.

Note: A return collection fee may apply unless the item is faulty or damaged.


Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your ice bath arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Exclusions

  • Returns outside of the 30-day window may not be accepted.

  • Used, assembled, or damaged items (unless faulty) are not eligible for return.

  • Clearance or promotional sale items are final sale, unless faulty.
